During this VERY stressful time, it is so very important to keep our guts clean and our foundations healthy! Think about it- when you get stressed, do you go for healing foods or comfort foods?...that is a rhetorical question. What is important is that you focus on taking care of what is in your control- breathing, eating, moving, meditating, gratitude, love, etc. We will get through this pandemic together! Use this time to look within and get serious about how you take care of yourself.
