**TIP- add chimichurri on top for an extra foodgasm!

  1. 4 lbs. Lean Ground Turkey
  2. 1 C Marinara Sauce
  3. 1/2 C Milk *optional
  4. 15 Crushed "low sodium" Ritz Crackers (or other buttery cracker)
  5. 1.5 C Plain Bread Crumbs
  6. 2 Whisked Eggs
  7. 1/2 Chopped Sweet Onion
  8. 4 T Crushed Garlic
  9. 3 tsp Fresh Ground Pepper
  10. 2 tsp Himalayan or Kosher Salt
  11. 1 tsp Garlic Salt

Sauce for Top: Mix together until smooth.

  1. 1/2 C Ketchup
  2. 2 T Brown Sugar
  3. 2 T Worcestershire Sauce

I have adjusted this recipe to reflect exactly what I used in the video.

Combine all of the ingredients above into a large bowl and mix well with clean/gloved hands. Split the mix into 2 equal parts.  Mold 2 loafs onto a foiled sheet pan.

Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.  Remove and drain off any excess moisture. Spoon sauce over the top and cook for another 30 minutes at same temperature.
