This is what I’ve learned from Jenna at The Health Coach Gals... I eat when I am stressed, now I practice eating in a calm state of mind and that calm state of mind translates into my daily routine. Jenna has taught me not just to breathe but how to breathe consciously. Which is life changing with a 4 year old. The biggest lesson for me is to refrain from judging myself so harshly. Turning judgement into curiosity helps my forgiveness of myself and others. Although stress is inevitable, having these tools creates a healthier lifestyle. Isn’t that what we are all wanting?
